Name change. S Nihal in birth certificate and Nihal S in Aadhar card.

Here is a name issue. Me and my husband are separated, I am only taking care of my son. But still no issue with my name but issue with my son's name. In his birth certificate his name is S Nihal
In his Aadhar card his name is Nihal S and also in his school enrollment. My son is born in Bangalore. Currently we are living in Mysore. Can I know which is the better way to fix it.
Can I get his name changed in birth certificate. Can I do it from Mysore. Can I collect name changed birth certificate in Mysore or I have to visit Bangalore only.
Should I apply for State or centre gazette. Will his Aadhar card or Bonafide from school with name Nihal S helpful. Please advice me I am really very tensed
If you wish to change name in Birth certificate then you must file a petition against the registrar of births and deaths and you can seek a direction to correct name as per your wish.
If you wish to change name in other documents then you can file a suit for declaration making necessary party like Aadhar and schools and seek declaration of the name.
