My wife's brother is sending abusing message that Me and her sister is taking money from Mother in Law. Since last 1Month. He is harassing her mother so that he can get access to Mother's account and take away Money.

you should file a police complaint immediately for criminal intimidation and for extortion against this person for calling you continuously. this is nothing but mental harassment. these offences are non cognizable and NC FIR can be registered against them.
