My wife was having an illicit relationship with the husband of my own sister for 4-5 months, she is caught & has now confessed to the same & commited to be in the marriage, but my brother-in-law seems desperate & he wants to be in the affair & trying to make further advances towards my wife & also he is trying to prove to others that my wife was the one who seduced him which is not true as he was the one who took the initiative in the relationship at the first place, what legal steps can I take for my wife & family's safety keeping in mind that the man is a fundamentally bad & aggressive person?
Try to keep all evidences of her extra marital affair, like chats of whatsapps, pictures, videos if any, if you have all of this, it will amount to cruelty and divorce can be granted without paying any alimony, she can go to her boyfriend and stay happy.
