My wife torture me with no proper reason

I earn very less, If some couple are happy and having fun, purchasing better goods, jewellery then my time will become bad because third degree will be implemented by wife. Abusing, hitting, kicking, spitting I am bearing because I don't want someone talk about my family. What can I do.
you speak to your wife firstly. if she does not hear to your words take her to a counsellor and before that place the matter before the elders. even then also she does not hear then take her to a counsellor. finally if you are willing to live with her do the above things. if you are not willing to live with her then go for mutual divorce if she accepts.
