My wife took my child away from me and is not coming back.

Wife took away my child from me and now she is not coming back even after making so many request and pleads. After taking away my child for so long now she is requesting money for the maintenance of the child but still not coming back or allowing a visit to my child. I have never done anything bad neither my family but she is gone for so long how should I respond to her asking for money that she wrote me a letter about by a lawyer asking for 1 lakh maintenance a month but still not coming.

hello sir according to your query you can file a child custody petition in family court and you can file section 9 conjual right petition in family court and and further more query please contact me immediately definitely I will help you

hello, to maintain your wife and child is your responsibility but after looking into the fact that your wife herself left your place without any reasonable reason and asking maintenance so you are not bound for that...for further discussion do contact
