My wife refusing to lead life with me and refusing to show newly born

Last year May month I got married, she got pregnant at next month. After some days due to work i travelled to Sweden at sep month, she went to her mother house. I was returned back to india at Dec month, after wards she refused to come to my house. Ten days before she delivered our child and refusing to show me. Can I able to file case?
initially you need to send legal notice demanding reunion and to visit your child. if she is not responding, then you can file restitution of conjugal rights petition along with visitation rights petition be court. call me for further discussion.

you can file a petition in the court for child custody on visitation rights if you want to get then you can also file a divorce petition before the court for proper reason if you are not willing to go for a divorce then you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights for reunion of your family all doors are open to you you should choose any one of the way
