My wife n in laws refusing to meet my newly born baby

My wife refusing to show my new born baby to me n my parents. She now in goa is even refusing to come back to karwar..its three months now on I n my parents hardly seen my baby.. My in laws have brain washed my wife through superstitious beliefs saying my mother tried to kill the child inside the womb itself n are now refusing to send my wife n my baby. Plz help as I have thought of going legal is the best option. Thank u.

Right now you can not do anything. Let her think about you. You keep quiet for some days, If you forced to see your baby it may take another turn. JUst wait and take legal action against her. You can file restitution of conjugal rights against your wife .

File a suit for restitution of conjugal rights in the appropriate forum. If that fails (which it would normally not, so long as the marriage is valid and there is no grounds for divorce or judicial separation), file a suit for maintenance.

Dear friend , Problem has started cribbing in your life as per your complain . You should first try to settle matter amicably by engaging a person known best in between your family and who can talk in both your behalf , as there is small baby between you people , but in case all your efforts nothing work our as per your satisfaction , there is legal course to obtain your rights which no one can deny , and hence in case it fails you can contact out office for better legal assistance .
