my wife is forcing my 11 year old daughter to hostel in other city due to this my daughter is crying every night what to to can i visit police station with my daughter

You should visit the concerned police station and register a complaint against your wife on behalf of your daughter that she is forcing her to go to hostel in another city. The police authorities will call your wife and inquire about the matter. However, try to solve this matter inside your home itself since it is a family matter. Approach the police authorities only if the situation is not in control.

Well, if you are not willing to send your Daughter to hostel, then, your Wife without your and her Daughter's own permission cannot send her to Hostel. I consider, that, your Daughter is a major, despite being financially dependent on her parents, she can take her own decision regards whether she want to go to Hostel or not! + You on your Daughter's behalf or your Daughter yourself can file a Civil suit in Court to restrain your Wife from sending your Daughter to Hostel without Court deciding so, that, what is in the best interest of your Daughter!
