My wife has raised on me NCR is matter in police verification

My wife has raise on me wrong NCR, Under CRPC No. 149.Notice..... 323,504,506....i have not paid any fine and not arrested by police to me. is this matter to police verification? Because i am private sector BPO employee.

see this is serious matter, in this police may arrest u at any time without court permission. so u HV to take anticipatory bail as early as possible. otherwise police will arrest u. mater will be lengthy and time consuming. if u r in pvt co gor job it will become hard. so my advice is to take anticipatory bail.
