My wife filed false 498/A case against me

My wife filed false 498/A case against me and i had given all the documents and money for my advocate to file quash in fir stage but he neglected it and now charge sheet had filed . Now i meed to quash the charge sheet in Andhrapradesh highcourt.

hi you could file quash petition in high court to quash the charge sheet as that you are not connected to the allegations mentioned in the charge sheet and that you need to collect the certified copies from the court to challenge it

you need to send me charge sheet and complaint fir along with 161 statement in quash generally these are taken in this consideration and if there are no pima facie allegations then we can quash it please contact me for further details
