My wife filed 498a case against me and my mother. Now wants to settle. She is ready to take back 498a case. What are the step needed to take it back and how to ensure its not repeated again. Any documents I need to hey sign from her.

hi you could file the quash petition in high court that she is compromising the matter and that the case against be quashed against you and you could make an MOU with her that or any agreement that no cases would be filed in future
