My son's marriage as per Hindu marriage act.

My son got married last year. His marriage was love but different caste. We son's side agreed for marriage, as both are major we got them married.
The girl parents came and took away the girl. The girl lived with my son for 7 months happily. Now the girl keeps saying she want to come back, but not doing anything. It is 70 days now. We don't know what to do. Also she says will not agree for divorce. She is not coming also.
We both are Hindus. We are confused. Please advise

You can file a restitution of conjugal rights case before Family court and if the court finds out that your wife have left without proper reason then court will order your wife to resume the conjugal relationship
