My sister has sent me a legal notice

My sister is 19 year old living in jaipur with mom. my mom left the home 6 months ago with her because of the family dispute with me and dad. My mother now wants to come back and resolve things. but my sister now doesn’t wants to come back. and is threatening us that she will file a case against us for torchering her. she also sent me a legal notice for mental harrasment and domestic violence. what should i do now?

hello sir as per your query I would suggest you to reply to the legal notice send by your sister describing all the events. As she is 19 yrs old she can file case independently & as per the procedure you need to put up your case by replying & defending it before the court and for further information on this you may contact me with the registered mobile number with Lawrato .
