My sister and brother-in-law got separated due to family dispute. Brother-in-law sent a notice to live with him. Need to respond for the notice and proceed further

you must give an explanation when one of the partner the life wants to live with and by way of notice he is speaking explanation is obliged to give the explanation otherwise it amount to that acceptance what are the allegation made by the other party who gives the notice whatever dispute maybe with you when one party allerging some allegation against you your responsible to give notice or to file a case in the proper Court
