Tahseeldaar refusing to make legal heir certificate as she is adopted.nWhat can we do to get legal heir in certificate

If the adoption was proper and you have adoption deed, you will get certificate as well as succession certificate. Answer given as per hindu succession law for more detail contact me Ranjeet Sonker Advocate Allahabad high court
