My right to residense case under DV act versus my husband's contested

17-Jun-2023 (In Family Law)
I have filed for right to residense under DV act and maintenance for my daughter but at the same time my husband has filed for contested divorce. What will be the outcome? Can he get divorce without my consent?

If you do not represent yourself after getting notice from the court, court may pass ex parte order in favour of your husband. To avoid it, appear before court when you get notice. Keep in mind the notice has to be from court and not from an individual.
