My parents didn’t want me as their child want to case against them

Can i case against my parents as they do daily torture to me & and give threat that they will out me from house .they didn’t spend 1 minute with me ,they daily say abuse words to me they say that they didn’t want me as their child.

You can file case against your parent only when your house or other property is of ancestral nature. (But as of 2020,there are very rare cases where property fall in ancestral nature.) You can also file an criminal application for maintenance against your father. But as per sec. 125 a Major Child is not eligible for maintenance but there are many cases and judgements of Constitutional courts where they provide it. No more remedies or options available to you.

if you are major then you can not file any case against your parents. rather they can file case against you to throw you out from their house, so deal them with love, otherwise you can only make complaint against your parents before police, but even then no useful purpose will be served.
