How to tackle with the problem of parents if they are forcing me to Marry any unsuitable guys if I talk to them they start violence and start beating What should I do ?

Hello, firstly, I am assuming your age as an adult. You have complete right to choose your partner and it's you fundamental right as well under the Constitution of India. If they are forcing you, you may have to options to get rid of it. Firstly, you may process against them criminally while logging FIR against them. Secondly, you may formally send them a notice while specifying the situation and settled with a warning w.r.t proceeding with the legal action against them. you can contact me for further discussion Thanks
