My Nri husband filed HMOP AND DIVORCE case

01-Nov-2023 (In Family Law)
My NRI husband abondoned me and our 3 years old girl child here in India but filed a HMOP(restitution of congigual rights)case against me.and I replied a counter stating my willingness to join him.also he has our child's Visa in his hands and mine gonna expire coming January.moreover he has blocked me in every contact mode over a year and i could find himself and his family moving towards divorce. we are heading towards judgement in a month.what would be the judgement?and after judgement can he file another case for divorce, if yes then when can he file? Immediately or after some period.what are the precaution steps I could take to avoid this situation since I prefer to live with him and not interested in court cases.

Family Counselling help you If you’re having problems as a family, whatever’s causing them, Family Counselling can help the whole family to communicate better, and to understand and resolve differences. When families go through change, it can be difficult to learn to adapt. Counselling can help family members to support one another through these difficult times, to reduce conflict and arguments and grow stronger as a result. It's amazing how many parents realise the extent to which their child has bottled up their feelings – once the child feels safe, they can speak openly for the first time”. Children really appreciate being listened to. They pick up on conflict and if they don’t have another outlet it can badly affect them. Relate counsellor

since the case has been filed by your husband for the restitution of conjugal rights which means it's in your favor and also you have filed a counter showing your willingness to live with him. hence the case will be decided on the ground of your willingness and his willingness since both of you have same mind to live together.
