Is it able to file dowry case after 6 years in love marriage without given any dowry before my mother in law is problem to my family
You can file a dowry case within seven years of marriage. But as your facts is not clear whether they are demanding a dowry or you are just filing a false case because you have a issue with your mother-in-law. As new order passed by Supreme Court you cannot file a false case for dowry.

Yes you can file… but is your husband willing to give you divorce ? If yes then we can file mutual consent otherwise we can file contested petition for cruelty. Under sec 13(1)(ia) of Hindu Marriage Act if you both are Hindus !
