my mother get legal heir certificate without adding my name

After my father died, my mother got legal heir certificate without adding my name by her mistakenly. I'm one of the legal heir of my father. I want to know that are what possible way to adding my name in legal heir certificate , or could i file a case of civil or criminal case or both for getting certificate?.
In this case, I would like to know between you and mom have any issues and further just give representation about name missed in the your father legal heirs. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.

You may file a civil suit to decalre you as also a legal heir of your father and also to decalre the said legal heir certificate as null and void since your name have not mentioned in that. You may file the suit in the munsif court as against the Tahsildar or the appropriate authority.
