My marriage null and void or not

Im forcefully ready for marriage.my marriage done in temple and this temple was not registered and and my registered marriage also not done. On the time of marriage i was drunk please suggest this marriage is null and void or not what can i do.... I dont want to continue this relationship.

Yes, if you were intoxicated at the time of your marriage then your marriage is null and void. However, in order to do that you must approach the court for doing so as there is every possibility that you partner may claim himself to be married to you in the society.

You need to find proof that you were drunk at the time of marriage or the marriage has been forcefully done. Without sufficient proof of the same, you may not be able to obtain decree for nullity of marriage.
Just bcoz a marriage is done in unregistered temple or the marriage is not registeted, is not enough proof for void marriage.
