My Mama torcher my grandma for property and don't allow us to meet her

What can I do to save my grandma from torcher of my Mama (mom's brother) ? My grandpa died last month, right from the third day of crematorium he started process to have all the property of grandpa, he also warned my mom if she doesn't sign the documents he will release her from all properties, today my mom is unable to contact my grandma neither meet her so she want to have part of property to stop mama behaving bad with grandma. What should I do??
If the property stands in the name of your grandfather then your uncle cannot transfer the entire property in his name single handedly. The property of your grandfather after his demise would now be divided equally amongst his legal heirs. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

Send notice through an advocate to your Mama regarding such misbehaviour to your grandma or you may approach to police station and may file a written complaint against your Mama. Mention therein about fear to have danger to Grandma's life and limb for the property.
