My in laws wants us to move out of our house

My religion is Hindu.My husband and my in laws had a ugly fight regarding property and my father in law got physically hurt in that. After that they complained in the local police station and blackmailed us that if we do not move out of our house they will file an FIR against my husband. They are not letting us stay in our house after that. Please help me.
if the property is ancestral and you belong to a mitakshara school of Hindu law then you can have relief through court otherwise I'm afraid I do not foresee any immediate solution in your case. Nevertheless you might need a good lawyer to defend your husband in that criminal case that has been lodged against you and that should not be taken lightly.

your in laws cannot throw their daughter in law from their house or evict her if they are not allowing both of you stay you can ask the police to file a counter complain full details of every incident needs to be informed
