My in Laws torturing me. wife & his father always hrassed me. Plz Help

My wife nd his parents always hrassed me. If I asked her not to go to her parents (even I was ill that time)his father asked her to sucide at my home.everytime I afraid of that if she did. Now I have a baby of 9 month. In feb 2017 his father took her and my baby and her to his home.I forbid her coz I was injuired at that time and needed someone to care me. But they play that act of sucide and at last I have to say yes to go. After that no phone call even I didn't see my baby. Is it not againest humen rights? Please suggest. I have nothing to pay her if divorce ...

you need to decide what you want you want divorce or not. First of all lodge a complaint in police station that your wife has gone to her father house with baby so that in future she file a case you are protexted and have a proof that she has gone with her consent. If you want to live with her you can file a case in court of restitution of conjugal rights.

The solution lies in the court. You have to approach the coirt under Hindu marriage act and basically apply through an application in the court that you want her back. Or even if you wany divorce than also
