My in laws got my wife engaged to someone else without my knowledge

Mine is a register marriage me and my wife kept it a secret from our family’s for 2 years, until recently we conveyed it to our parents. My in laws took her away from from me and they brain washed her mind and turned her up against me, and now they’ve already got her engaged to someone else. And upon asking her family about pics none is coming forward to give those and many from her family didn’t know about our marriage. Ours is a 13years relationship and 2 years since we got married.

Conjugal Rights Restitution is a legal entitlement that is based on Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. The aggrieved party may apply to the district court for restitution of conjugal rights if the husband or wife is withdrawn from the other partner's company without valid.
