My husband's brother misbehaves with me

My husband's brother(my brother in-law) misbehaves with me and he has sent some vulgur messages. I was totally devastated seeing those messages ,I was afraid to share this with my husband at 1st, a month later I shared about it with my husband n showed him the message which his brother had sent, my brother believed me at first, but his brother is not agreeing for what he had done, he is saying what I'm saying is lie. My in-laws also supporting my brother in-law and now even my husband is believing his brother's lie .what shall I do.. I have asked my husband to make a separate home.. I'm staying with my parents now.
You issue a legal notice to him calling upon to mend his ways and seek an apology ! Invite your husband for a healthy discussion and try to convince him and stay back along with them once again if it is done then you can lodge a complaint and ask your husband to make a separate house!
