My husband will take me in rented apartment and i have to bear expense

My husband and in laws has thrown me out of house on 6th march. They wanted me to sign a paper on which it will be written that i will cooperate with him on paying his 10 lakhs loan. 2nd i will not disclose these things to anyone. I filed a complain in CAW cell .on first 2 notice he idnt came.on 3 rd notice he said that he will take be back bt not in marital home but in rented apartment. He also said that i have to bear rent and other daily expenses equally with him. What response should i give.

In your case if you are getting unnecessary harassment from your partner and in-laws then you should try for registration of FIR against them under section 498a IPC because they can easily change their attitude after the complaint is withdrawn from the CAW Cell. And if you are currently at your parental home then and wish to stay with him then you can go for section 9 HMA and if the situation is unsecure for you then you can also file a DV or a petition under section 125 CrPC to claim your monthly maintenance. if you do any any settlement in CAW CELL than you have to take your complain back and if you proceed further without settlement than FIR lodge against your husband and on in laws than they will be in big trouble... so do settlement on your desires.. for more free legal advice contact us at any time.

First of all, pressurising a spouse financially also comes under the purview of cruelty. The CAW cell complaint you have made will eventually be converted into an FIR if was drafted well enough. Looks like the very sanctity of marriage has frustrated here and I feel that you are thinking not to carry this marriage forward. There are good chances to take divorce from him you play your cards right. You know whom to call.
