My husband wants separation bt i dont want

I have 9 months old baby and my husband is also completely being brain washed by my inlaws and have plans for second marriagenn Any guidance?

If you don't want to get separated and wishes to continue the marriage with your husband then you should first send him a legal notice and then file petition for restitution of conjugal rights before the court. You may also...

u can file bigamy case if he did the same or u can fist send legal notice to him Bigamy is an offence not only under the criminal law but also under HMA, Section 17, HMA says that any marriage between Hindus is void if on the date of such marriage, either party had a husband or wife living. The same is punishable under Section 494 and 495, IPC.
