My husband left home and deserted me in December 2022. I now have no idea about his whereabouts and he is not in touch with me. I have noticed some suspicious activities after he left...for example, he has made a profile on matrimonial sites saying he is 'divorced' when we are actually still legally wedded. For my safety, I want to know whether he is secretly married, living with another woman or planning to do something else which may be a threat to my existence and for this, I need to see his new email. Can I do this or will he file a case of cyber crime, once he discovers that I accessed his mail?

I understand your questions your husband deserted you in the month of December now he is doing some suspicious work he is doing he created his profile to matrimonial website and mentioned he is devorced like that right so may be he took divorce forbexparty in court so you have to serch it in court to he got divorce or not so do you need any legal help contact me thank you
