My husband has left me from past 3 months n I'm completely in debt.

Me and husband started a business together in 2015 before marriage. We both had taken loan. We were in joint family and my husband's elder brother was not working half the time so we had to take care of all the expenses. Due to more of house expenses we couldn't pay our loans on time. Recently we settled loan which was in his name by pledging mine n my sister jewellery.my loan is still pending and now bank is pressurising me. He is not staying with me from past 3 months,what help can I get legally.

you can ask for maintenance and get money from him every month, you even have an option filing a complaint against him if he has forced you to pledge the gold and repay his loans and has abandoned you. if you want him to come back and resume the marriage life you will have to file a restitution of conjugal rights case in the family court. if you don't want to resume the marriage life you can also file for divorce.

Dear Madam, You cannot avoid payment of Bank loans since all Courts are under the impression that Banks are dealing with public amounts and as such your properties will be attached. But Bankers cannot go out of law and you can get injunction order against them also.
