My Husband continues uses unethical and slang languages

I am from Kolkata. I have been married for 5 years. Since our marriage My husband always send me to my parents house and use unethical language to me and my parents, every night after being drunk. And now for last few months he starts threatening me for a divorce. What legal step should I take?

You can file several legal complaints against your husband to put him behind bar. As well as you can file maintenance case to get maintenance from him and you can stay as per your own. To know more you can call.
