My husband bought a flat in his mother's name. The flat amount was paid from my husband's account. But my husband suddenly died of a heart attack. After that, my mother-in-law threw me out of the house since our house was in his name. She also seized the flat she bought and made a gift deed in the name of another son. Since my husband had not made a will, my mother-in-law seized the bank account, remaining money, and jewelry and gave them to another son. I have a daughter and I filed a case for

Well, you can file a Civil as well as a Criminal Suit against your Mother in Law. You are entitled to get share being a Class - I Legal Heir of your Deceased Husband in all his Moveable and Immoveable Properties.
