My grandmother has three children. Two sons and one daughter. Daughter is the eldest. And she is my mother. My gram's two sons and her husband is dead. Typically the youngest son take care of mothers. When my grandfather was alive, the young uncle' s wife done the paper works and my grand parents sign the documentts of their house to be in the name of young uncle and his wife. It was in the absence of my mom where they used to live with. His wife was the masterbrain in this. And she refused to take care of them. When my grandfather died, she not so willingingly allowed my gram's to stay at their house. That was after lot of problems.and then my uncle jas died of some accident. And she cunningly made sure my mother takes gram's to our home which she succeeded. All these two years, she didn't even bother to come visit gram's and didn't provide any financial help for gram's. It is my father who is taking care in all aspects now. Is there any law to sue my grandmother's daughter in law?

As per law , it is the duty of the children to take care of their parent's at their old age. Since your grand mother had a property and it was given to your deceased uncle , it is the duty of his legal heir to take care of her. If she is not willing immediately you have to file a complaint before RDO and also to magistrate court for maintenance. Before that I need to know whether your grandmother had handed over the property to your late uncle through a 'Gift ' deed. Do something when your grandma is alive. Also immediately file a case to stop your aunty from selling/transferring/alienating the said property. May contact me for more details.
