My grandfather and grandmother expired can i get legal heir certificat

My grandfather and grandmother recently expired my uncle is claiming he is the only heir to the property, my father passed away long back, my grandparents has three children one of my uncle is residing in USA and other uncle is claiming he is the only legal heir, can i get legal heir certificate for me my uncle is refusing to cooperate with us to apply for legal heir

you alone cannot get legal heir certificate you have to make everyone party it will take 3 months for judgement please contact me so that i can help you not everyone need to attend court one is enough to dispose of the case

see as your father expired you along with your uncle are the legal heirs to your grand father and grand mother.. secondly you have to file before the Civil court of the jurisdiction where the properties of your grand parents exists.
