Parents do have rights over their children but cannot force and adult to marry someone against her choice. We need to explore the reasons in detail and what kind of treatment are parents resorting to. In order to take an appropriate action this case needs to be discussed in more detail.

You mean to say, that, your GF has pretended before you, that, his Parents had forced her to marry with an another guy, when in reality, that was not the case and she herself wanted to marry that other guy, Is that so? If this is the case and you want to file a legal case against her, then, you can sue her for playing with your emotions and causing Mental Harrassment of your's.
