My Girlfriend father got access to her call details

Sir, My girlfriend and me are in relationship from last 9 months. One day, father of my GF got her call details and my number can be seen clearly in that details. They wanted to hear our voice calls, is it possible to get call recordings of his daughter's previously made calls which are 15 days or earlier. And if yes, what's the procedure to obtain them.. and what legal proceedings they can take against me if my girlfriend supports his father to make any case against me

There is no need to be afraid, you can rest assured that he can do nothing against you. If you have done vulgar talk on the phone to the girl or force her vulgar talk then they will complain against you if not then they will not take any action against you .

आप चिंता ना करें जितना आपने बताया है उसके आधार पर तो लड़की या उसका पिता आपके खिलाफ कोई भी लीगल एक्शन नहीं लेंगे मैं अपना अनुभव आपको बता रहा हूं क्योंकि लीगल एक्शन लेने में आपको नुकसान है परंतु उनको भी नुकसान उठाना होगा तो वह आप खिलाफ बिजली कनेक्शन नहीं लेंगे अब निश्चिंत हो जाए
