My friend got married to a person legally and he passed away in COVID and she legally dissolved her

03-May-2023 (In Family Law)
My friend got married to a person legally and he passed away in COVID and she legally dissolved her marriage registration in their local register office in front of their parents and registrar. Now she got married to another person and she hides her previous marriage, she wants to register her second marriage. Is it necessary to tell the registrar about her previous marriage, or the registrar himself comes to know by the time of the second marriage registration even if she doesn't reveal it??

actually in the marriage registration form they will ask whether the particular girl is a spinster or a widow or a divorcee if you want to reveal the previous marriage it is your choice to tell the truth in the application form that your husband as died and you are a widow. on your enquiry it is clear that you want to hide the previous marriage to the present person as per the Hindu law at the time of marriage the person should not have a previous matrimonial tie in your case that was no matrimonial tie as the person is dead. so you can give the real reason in the application form if you wish or you can hide the matter but in future if it came to know your husband then you should face the consequences
