My father selled the property and made my elder sister (Kohinoor) doctor now he is unable to fulfill

My father selled the property and made my elder sister (Kohinoor) doctor now he is unable to fulfill basic needs of family. We are total 5 siblings. After becoming doctor she refuses to give money to us because she wants to get marry with person who doesn't have home in Mumbai so she can pay his EMI. Without informing mom and dad she always stay out with her boyfriend and says that she is on dutyand comes after 20-30 days. so one day dad said don't come to my home where u are staying stay there only. She also have taken money from us and saying that I'll not give. But now our whole family doesn't want her in our home (because bohot badnami hogayi h and usne aake maar pit bhi ki h) she also promised me that she will pay my fees but she haven't so I left my studies. But my mother stays at home and she doesn't stops her to come and she comes and take which ever things she wants and take away.(including my personal things) so what to do so that she never comes to our home ?
