My father not paying maintainance to my mother and divorsed sister

My father has two wife’s, he is a retired govt employee and gets pension. We are two sister to my mother and two sons younger to other wife. I am married, he doesn’t even paid for my marriage expense as well. Now he is not paying for my mother and sister maintainance. both are unemployed and doesn’t have any income for livelihood. My mother is being mentally disturbed due to all these issues. Can we file a police complaint against my father and with hold his pension and claim for maintainance

hi you could file a petition for maintenance and rhat your mother should file it claiming maintenance and whether she is the 1st wife or second one and based on that you could file for maintenance and also for salary attachment
