My father illegal made my pan card and have not giving me rights

My father left me at my earliest age when my mother died and I was raised by my uncle (mother's brother) . My father married to another lady and he has no child by her. She is harassed by our society people by not having child so she came to take me back from my uncle but that time I was 14 and could jugde it ... My uncle look after my all needs from my birth and now he needs me to use me for her non insult in society.... As I was not ready to come she told my dad to do my marriage and found a great home for me that man was working in bank . My mama agreed as he saw my bright future .... Now my marriage is not working and I m at the step of divorce my dad at the time of marriage promised me if I say yes for marriage he will legally give me property and my step mother s job but now they are refusing .... My dad without my permission had made my pancard and he is using it for some business and earning income I want my rights to take from him please give suggestions
