My father gone mad and being an alcoholic

My dad I don't know what going in his mind, he always drink alcohol and mentally torture in night after in every few weeks with those bad words in Hindi and even tried threatening my mom few times, recently in day before karwa chauth i was going to shopping with mom and i noticed he took the scissors and stick from shop and kept it near him and when mom was about to leave with me he threatened her with them, tho i took the stick and put it back in shop and he threw scissors on side and ran to close the shop shutter. Me and my little brother's school fees is also pending rn and my dad not even paying rn , yesterday he literally said he had no money to pay fees at all to my lil brother. I don't know what to do . Back in July he also assaulted my mom with wiper and she got injured on her thigh too. I know this is normal family matter but my mind can't stand it.
