My father does not give me any money, can I claim share in property?

28-Dec-2023 (In Family Law)
My father has two wives. I am son from first who he doesn't give even a rupee or anything, despite being an affluent man. All his spendings go to his second family. He bought a small land on my brother's and my name from where he earns rent. There is another land of ours within his own which he wants to sell. Since his intentions were never right what if he fraudulently sells my land? Also, my mother's house is on her name. What if she gives it to her daughters legally? Can I get my share? Please advise.

whatever property is ancestral, nobody can take away your right or share in those properties. your mother can file maintenance case against her husband and can claim maintenance. if the land is in your name then without your free consent he cannot sell that land. you really need to elaborate on your situation and take steps asap.

Yes you can get your share because you have your own share in the property purchased on your as well as your brother's name... See your mother can give her house to her daughter. Your father can not sell property if that is on your and your mother's name. For more about please contact me.
