My father always abuses to my mom nd he never give money to her for treatment, he always threats to her that he will kill to her,im son of him,when he abuses nd beat to my mom then I interpret nd stopped to him ,then he also beat me ,so Due to his my mom is facing Domestic Violence from my father's side...

If the behaviour of your father is intolerable towards your mother then it's advisable for her to first of all pen down all her grievances and address it to the police station & CAW cell according to your jurisdiction and also if she wants to go legal then file a DV case and claim your monthly maintenance for herself as well as for you. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

First you hire a proper advocate for file a case domestic Violence from your mother side. All the cruelty & Domestic violence, threat & behalf of your mother all the mentioned in a Plaint. then file a case & also maintainance case file in a Court. Then, all the Relief your mother by a Court.
