My family members and my husband both are not ready to let me stay.

I want to stay with my in laws but they are not ready for that, even they are ready with all written chats print outs which I have done with my family members. The main thing is that they are not to let me stay in their home.
you have inherent and lawful right to reside in matrimonial house i.e. shared house hold with your husband and in laws. a recent decision by Supreme Court is also favouring you. Courts, police and entire justice administration system is with you. if your inlaws don't take you in house voluntarily then take court help. everything would be right then.

please file a case for domestic violence since the acts being done by your in laws amounts to domestic violence. you by law have residence rights to your matrimonial home and if your in laws are forcing you out of it, you have the right to file a case of domestic violence against them.
