My family (Father Mother, My self. My wife) facing a issue of social rejection by root family members, My cousin pressurize other member's/ villager's to not allow us in any function using his money power. I am willing to sort it out any matter they have issue with, but My cousin is wanted to give mental harassment by isolating My Father and Mother. I need to file case as last option against him or wanted to resolve this issue

you can file case defamation against him Section 500 in The Indian Penal Code 500. Punishment for defamation.—Whoever defames another shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both
