I got married in Dec 2021, my wife just stayed with me for 10 days and returned to her home, citing the reason that out house is too small whereas we have a two storied house with multiple roomsWe tried multiple times to make her understand but she didnt agrees, she constantly threatens me with that she will commit suicide and will frame all my family members if I didnt moved her to another cityI am the only son of my parents and they both are old and with multiple complications, kindly advise.

you have to file civil suitA partition suit is a proceeding instituted by either of the parties when a property dispute arises in the family. Partition Deed is an official document, created either by order of the court or through negotiation between the parties. Basically, it represents the portion of the property claimed by each of the party.

My friend marriage date 13.3.2013 after 1 year both leaving separate and filled many cases eachother, domestic voilanc, Divorce,498 ,etc. Divorce case filed my friend but district court denied Divorce, my friend filed apple in high court and got Divorce in medatian centre mutually with some Amt. Dated sept 2022 but my friend since 2016 leaving with one girl with family permission and have a 5 year child than how can make legally his child on documents and my friend in govt service how can make dependent his child and child mother in his service so got all services benefits, now my friend wants to marriage with his child mother please suggest me how can make both documentry legally and dependent in his Govt service

you can marriage and child adoption processAdoption means a legal process that allows someone to become the parent of a child, even though the parent and child are not related by blood. But in every other way, adoptive parents are the child's parents

Q: Torched for Household Work and force to leave job

I am married since last one year. I am working women and doing the household work too. But in household work my husband and in laws finding faults and complaints . They are forcing to leave my job and only do the household work. I requested them to get maid from my salary but they denied and they are expecting me to do all household work alone along with job. And no one will help me. And in that also they need everything household work proper and if I haven’t done they are asking me to their apology for not cleaning properly. As i am independent my husband is not even giving me a penny but they are taking my part of salary. But still always torched for household work. And if not forcing to leave my job. Even though i am working from home he is always doubting on my character and giving excuse for leaving the job. I am single child of my parents so i am not giving up on my job. And in household work i am trying to give my best but still they are never satisfied and always complaints .

you can file FIRWhoever, being the husband or the relative of the husband of a woman, subjects such woman to cruelty shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to fine.

I am living in my flat for more than a decade. It was bought from builder on full cash price. Property is registered under my name. Last month UBI bank sealed my flat saying that builder had a loan which is not paid. This week bank auctioned it and sold to another builderWhat are my options? My house is fully furnished. All my belongings are inside it. I am living with my relatives now. What should I do?

You can file FIRyou can file civil suit for recoveryAny person who commits an offence under Section 467 of the IPC shall be given the punishment of imprisonment for life or ten years. The offender may also be made liable to pay a fine in addition to his imprisonment.
