My estranged husband is not sharing his communication address

My husband moved out of my house around 1 year back, he shared his then address in the court documents. I filed an appeal case against him in August 23 for maintenance so he has changed his address and despite multiple emails he is not sharing his communication address. He has not received notice from last 8-9 months and that's why my case is not moving ahead. Please advise what I can do in case scenario. Through court notice has been sent twice but he has not received it.

Well, you can request Court to involve Police to find out the Address of your Husband,so that, notices should be delivered at an appropriate address, for the sake of claiming Maintenance under the concerned provisions of Maintenance Laws applicable in India.

Dear queriest, if your husband is not sharing his whereabouts then you can move an application before the court regarding the same, the court may direct to take out his whereabouts or you can press to pass an order in maintenance and later you can go for execution proceedings. for more information about the same kindly call me.
