Your daughter can file a petition before the Hon’ble Judicial First Class Magistrate’s Court under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, and claim a residence order. Once satisfied that domestic violence has occurred, the Magistrate may issue a residence order to prevent the Respondents from dispossessing or disturbing your daughter's possession of the shared household. The Magistrate may also direct the Respondent to vacate the shared household, along with other necessary measures.
