My brother's wife living at my place and damaging my property

I am sole owner of flat, where my family is currently living. Due to delay in my brother's flats construction I had allowed him and his wife to live along without any exchange of legal contract. Now his wife started damaging my home, not taking any responsibility for the damage she is causing and it's only me & my spouse responsibility to take care of this home. Also she is causing hindrance in our efforts to maintain this property which eventually leads to mental harassment. What to do?

Dear Sir, You may remove her by using your muscle power or approaching Police. If you go to Civil Court it may take much longer time. She is in permissive possession and when you are not extending such permissive possession it become illegal possession and they are trespassers. Please come to my office for issuing legal notice accordingly.
